Ascent endeavors to keep the RCM Frameworks’ regulatory requirements current, so that it reflects the regulatory requirements in-effect for our regulated financial institution customers. Once legislation goes into effect, Ascent will have 40 days to update the compliance framework to reflect the regulatory changes.
