Officer Response Time by Activity Type Report
A new Officer Response Time by Activity Type report that shows administrators the response time of each activity type has been added. This will allow managers to identify weak points in their dispatching system. This report has been designed for export into Excel for further manipulation.
UI Improvements
The Priority/Severity columns in the Activity List and Completed Activity List report tables have been moved to the first column and now display ovals.
The following adjustments have been made to the Activity Portal Create, Activity Create, Activity Edit, Activity Review, Incident View, Organization Response Create, and Service Request Create forms:
Adjustments to relationship tables to minimize color impact and to prevent orphaned data for involvements, attachments, and tasks
