|Effective with the 22.1 software release, Resolver Core has ended support for Internet Explorer 11. This means you can no longer access the system by using IE. Click here to find out more.
Visit the links below to download Chrome or Edge and ensure your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
Dispatch (a component of the Command Center suite) requires:
- Microsoft Edge (latest version) for application launch. Google Chrome is supported via third-party extension*
- Windows 8.1, or 10. Dual-core 2.5Gz with 4 GB memory or higher is recommended
- .NET Framework 4.8
*Some recommended third-party plugins include the Meta4 ClickOnce launcher and ClickOnce for Google Chrome.
|If you're using the latest version of Edge, see the Launch Dispatch in the New Microsoft Edge article for additional instructions on enabling ClickOnce Support.|
|In order for Dispatch's Maps feature to work correctly, the firewall must be adjusted to allow outbound connections to dev.virtualearth.net:443.|
|If you are having trouble using Command Center, you may need to create an antivirus exclusion or whitelist rule for the %localappdata%\Apps\2.0 folder.|
