Autoclose for Officer-Created Dispatches
- The Autoclose for Officer-Created Dispatches system setting automatically closes Dispatches created in the Officer Mobile app once the task is cleared. The Report to Follow radio button defaults to Yes, and the Activity Owner field is set to the Officer assign to the Dispatch when the Dispatch is closed.
Assignment Notes
- The Description field is now editable on the Create Dispatch and Dispatch Details screens, allowing Officers to add and edit information on a Dispatch.
Dispatch Bug Fixes
- Notes (Person Log, Vehicle Log, Item Log, etc.) within Dispatch now save as expected, without having to reopen the record.
- Changing or clearing the Activity Sub Category on an Activity Type will no longer cause login failure error Data Synchronization Failed.
- Updates to the Description field on a Location in Resolver Core will sync to Dispatch as Location Notes.
Officer Mobile Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Officer Mobile was failing to reconnect, preventing data from syncing when switching from Wi-Fi to LTE mode or the application was left idle.
- Long Messages within Officer Mobile will no longer be cut off, allowing Officers to view the full message.
- The Call Category Text overlap issue in Task Details was resolved, ensuring all text is visible.
