Improvements
- The Mark Supporting Information button was added to Framework Object Types to categorize items without requirement details under the supporting information workflow state, including subtopics and topics with no section requirement details, according to the Ascent content provider.
- The Unmark Supporting Information button was added to give the option to include supporting information when scoping assessments. By default, supporting information will be marked and will not appear when scoping assessments. Marking information as supporting information categorizes the information, distinguishing it from mandatory information.
- The Not Applicable button was added to Topics, Subtopics, Requirements, and Requirement Details, allowing customers to mark these sections as not applicable, excluding them when scoping an assessment, facilitating the Ascent pre-scoping process. Sections marked as Not Applicable can be accessed through various system reports.
- The Applicability Assessment was moved from the assessment section to the Library section to facilitate the Ascent pre-scoping process.
- The following items have been renamed and were updated on forms and descriptions:
- Compliance Assessment First Activity renamed to Assign Compliance Owner
- Requirements Owner Role renamed to Compliance Owner
- Requirement Delegate Role renamed to Compliance Delegate
- Requirement Owners & Delegates (Limited User) renamed to Compliance Owners & Delegates (Limited User)
- The following buttons have been added to Alerts, Forms, and Reports to enhance workflow efficiency:
- Complete
- Not Applicable
- Reassess Applicability
- When using the Archive button to archive Topics, Subtopics, or Requirements, all associated child Object Types will also be archived.
