Dispatch Bug Fixes
- An Officer does not need to be added to a chat to view the Dispatch’s message history.
- Complete and Incomplete SOP checklist items will display according to their status when a Dispatch is marked as complete.
- When multiple users are in Dispatches, Dispatch records cannot be changed by the actions of another user in a different Dispatch.
- The Dispatch Column on the Officers tab will display an Officer’s highest priority task. Task priority adjustments will be reflected in the Dispatch Column.
- The Type field on the Attachments screen, when adding an SOP attachment, was removed because of a display issue.
- Clicking on a Dispatch will no longer randomly open a different Dispatch, regardless of the work zone.
- Data (user, location, etc.) will appear on Operational Zone as intended, no matter the number of closed Dispatches that appear on the Closed Dispatch panel.
Officer Mobile
- Photo attachments uploaded to Officer Mobile will also appear and are downloadable in Resolver Core.
