GRC (All Apps)

  • The Help icon enable toggle switch on the Admin: Edit Roles screen is defaulted to off for all Limited User roles. This will help prevent unauthorized Limited User from contacting Resolver Support.
  • Action verbs were removed from buttons within all GRC applications (e.g., create, launch, etc.).

Improvements

  • Two new Requirement reports were added:
    • CM – Requirements – Applicability Assessment Report (provides an overview of the Applicability Assessment process)
    • CM – Requirements Overview Report (provides an alternate view on Requirement Results)
  • Added the following reports and changes to the following Activities:
    • Determine Applicability Activity:
      • Added the Applicability Assessment Report
    • Assess Risk and Review Activity:
      • Added the Requirements Overview Report
    • Remediation Activity:
      • Added the Requirements Overview Report
      • Removed Compliance Assessment in Progress view

  • The following changes were applied to the Compliance Assessment – 1 – Overview form:
    • The Accessibility Assessment and Requirements Overview reports were added to the left sidebar
    • The word report was removed from the Assessment Status, Issue, and Action Status
  • The following changes were applied to the Topic – CM – Assessment in Progress form:
    • Added Subtopic table
    • Moved all reports under one column called Topic Reports
    • Renamed the Issues and Actions Report to Issues & Actions Status
    • Renamed the Assessment Status Report to Assessment Status
  • The following changes were applied to the Sub Topic – CM – Assessment in Progress form:
    • Added Requirements Relationship table
    • Moved all report under one column called Sub Topic Reports
    • Renamed the Issues and Actions Report to Issues & Actions Status

  • The following changes were applied to the Requirement – CM – 2 – Risk Assessment form:
    • Changed the view to one column
    • Tabs were added to organize fields
    • Added the Attachments and Comments fields to the Inherent Risk, Control Effectiveness, and Residual Risk tabs
    • Moved Level of Compliance to a new card
    • The Inherent Impact, Inherent Likelihood, Control Effectiveness, Residual Impact, and Residual Likelihood fields have been made mandatory for the applicable assessment workflow state
