Improvements:

  • Enabled the Use Organization Logo on all email templates for the new logo customization functionality.
  • The Requirement Summarization feature flag was enabled within base app.
  • The Issues tab was added to the Compliance Management app, giving the Compliance Team an easier way to access issues.
  • The number of alert notifications within Compliance Management were reduced:
    • The following workflow changes were applied to the Alert object type:
      • Added the Change Log workflow state and moved it to the top of the list.
      • Removed the New Regulatory Alert notification from the Create trigger.
    • The following updates were applied to the Compliance Team role:
      • Removed Assigned from the Alert workflow.
      • Added permissions to Change Log state.
    • The following updates were applied to the Compliance Management application:
      • Removed Alert activity from Compliance Management.
      • Added Change Log to the Library.
      • No create Alert action.
    • The following updates were applied to Compliance Management Reports:
      • CM – Compliance Alerts by Framework table:
        •  Added the Change Log workflow.
      • CM – Alert Catalogue:
        •  Added the Change Log workflow.
      • CM – Compliance Management Status Overview:
        • Removed the Alert Status pie chart.
        • Added a Requirement Status pie chart.
        • Removed the Alert table.
    • The Compliance Team and Compliance First Line User user groups were removed from the Alert Owner role.
  • The Ascent configuration within the Compliance Management application was moved down one level, reducing duplicate data and the amount of work for the compliance team. The following changes were made:
    • Linked all fields from Requirements to Requirement Details.
    • The following update were applied to the Requirement Detail Form:
      • Added the Date Published by Regulator field.
      • Removed the Frequency field.
      • Hide the Source of Requirements on the CCG object type
    • Regulatory Library changes:
      • Created a new relationship to the Compliance framework for access to the Regulatory Library.
      • Added the new relationship to the Regulatory Library – Library form.
      • Added a new Regulatory Library – Compliance Framework navigation tree to include Compliance Framework
    • Compliance Framework changes:
      • Removed the Ascent from the conditional section of the regulatory relationship on the Compliance Framework – CM – Assessment In Progress form.
    • Subtopic changes:
      • Removed the Ascent details section from the Sub Topic – Library and Sub Topic – CM – Assessment in Progress forms.
    • Data Changes:
      • Updated the Canadian Compliance sheet for testing purposes
    • Report Changes:
      • Removed the Regulator Risk Reports from the Reports Applications – Compliance Management activity.
      • Remove the Risk Report button from the Compliance Framework – CM – Assessment in Progress, Topic – CM – Assessment in Progress, and Sub Topic – CM – Assessment in Progress forms.
