The following are the current limitations within the Dashboards feature.

• No more than 50 datasets, maintained on a per org basis with a default value of 50.

• No more than 100 fields, 100 formulas or 100 properties per dataset.

• Dataset names must be less than 64 characters.

• Dataset names cannot be changed after creation.

• Datasets cannot contain more than 5 million rows of data; each object and relationship or reference within each object type, relationship or reference on your data path represents one row.

• Dataset creation will timeout if it takes more than 60 seconds to calculate.

• No more than 50 dashboards, maintained on a per org basis with a default value of 3. Each app a customer purchases counts toward an allocation of 2-3 Dashboards. Customers can also purchase addition Dashboards in packs of 5.

• Each Dashboard can only be embedded once within the same Activity.
