Clear Browser Cache

If you're experiencing unexpected issues with Core, sometimes clearing your cache can help. The following instructions are for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the ellipsis icon in the top right corner of the browser, then click Settings.

  2. Type “cache” in the Search settings field.The Search settings field in Google Chrome.

  3. Click Clear browsing data.The Clear browsing data option in Google Chrome.

  4. Select All time from the Time range dropdown.
  5. Select the checkbox next to Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear data
  7. Close Settings

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the star icon in the top-right corner of your browser. 

  2. Click Clear history
  3. Select Cached data and files.

  4. Click Clear.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the browser then click Internet Options.

  2. Click Delete under Browsing history.The Internet Options window in Internet Explorer.

  3. Select the checkbox next to Temporary Internet files and website files.The Delete Browsing History window in Internet Explorer.

  4. Click Delete.
  5. Close Internet Options.
