Clear Browser Cache

If you're experiencing unexpected issues with Resolver, sometimes clearing your cache can help. The following instructions are for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the ellipsis icon in the top right corner of the browser, then click Settings.

  2. Type “cache” in the Search settings field.The Search settings field in Google Chrome.

  3. Click Clear browsing data.The Clear browsing data option in Google Chrome.

  4. Select All time from the Time range dropdown.
  5. Select the checkbox next to Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear data
  7. Close Settings

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the star icon in the top-right corner of your browser. 

  2. Click Clear history
  3. Select Cached data and files.
