24.2.1 Features
Updates to the Administrator Settings Menu
Helpful icons have been added beside each of the screen names in the Administrator settings menu. In addition, the order of the Administrator settings have been rearranged in the menu to reflect the most used functionality.

The User Management features listed below are only available to Administrators at this time.
From the User Management > Edit User screen in the Administrator settings menu, Administrators can now add and remove users from individual roles from a new dropdown menu under User Role Membership.

For Portal URL Access users, Administrators can now manage Portal URL memberships directly from the Edit User screen from a new dropdown menu under Portal URL Membership.

Note:
When adding a user to a Portal URL, a message will display confirming to either add a new Portal URL Access user or replace the existing Portal URL Access user.
For Orgs that have multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforced, there is now an Enforce Org-level MFA toggle switch on the Create User and Edit User screens that allows an Administrator to opt that user out of MFA for that Org.

Administrators can also reset MFA for a particular user from the Edit User screen with the new Reset Org-Level MFA For This User button.

24.2.1 Minor Features
URL Validation for Custom Logos in Email Templates
When an Administrator uploads a custom logo for email templates in Resolver, a URL validation will occur to ensure that the URL meets the validation criteria. If the URL cannot be validated, the following error message will appear: The URL you entered is not valid. The URL should start with "https://" for a secure connection and follow a valid format (e.g. https://example.com).
Benefits
- Validating URLs ensures that only valid URLs are used for a custom logo on email templates to prevent spam in email messages.
Duplicate Reports
Administrators can now create a copy of a report by clicking the Copy Report icon on to the Edit Report screen.
Benefits
- The Copy Report icon allows Administrators to create a copy of a report without having to create a new report from scratch.

Add a Header and a Footer to Each Page of a PDF Export
Users now have the option to add a header and a footer to each page when exporting a report as a PDF.
Benefits
- Users can now include relevant information to the entire report via a header and footer on each page, reducing legal and compliance risks when a report contains confidential information.

Merge Duplicates Action Description in the Data Audit Trail
The value for the Merge Duplicates action has been updated to include “by merging duplicates” at the end of description to provide clearer information to the user.
New Content Translations
Please review the file below for all new content translations added to the system.

If your organization is utilizing the Language Translation feature, please download a new Language template (for your required language) and filter the Language column (last column) by empty cells, indicating new content. Any empty cells in the Language column must be translated, and the Language Template file must be uploaded to the system for changes. For further information, please refer to the Add a Language article.
Improvements
- Fixed an issue where nightly triggers were updating the Modified By property without any data change.
- Users will now receive a 413 error if the report or data grid they're trying to load is too large.
Bug Fixes
- Administrators can now delete a copied role without having to hard refresh the page to validate the deletion.
- Loading objects, like Incidents, will now take less time.
- Fixed an issue where text went beyond the width of a text field so that it now fits within the text field.
- Fixed an issue with PDF exports so that it will now complete as expected.
- Users will no longer see a blue screen when creating a Risk from the Risk Object area.
- The extension on a file was mistakenly removed, making it unfindable in S3. The file was identified and resolved, and the export now runs successfully.
- When a user views a read-only form, the options will now be displayed as expected.
- A check will now be conducted on the user's logged in status and redirect them to the proper route.
- Users will now be navigated back to the assessment form when launching an assessment from the Palette view.
- Users will now be able to open the Trending & Analysis tab immediately after opening an object from the nav tree.
