Users attempting to log into Core with SSO on Internet Explorer may encounter an issue where the login screen does not move past the Authenticating... state.
If logging into Core with SSO on another browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge is successful, the problem may be that Resolver has not been added to Internet Explorer's list of trusted sites.
To add Resolver to the list of trusted sites:
Click the gear icon in the upper-right of Internet Explorer.
Click Internet Options > the Security tab.
Click Trusted sites > Sites.
Type https://*.resolver.com into the Add this website to the zone field.
Close the Trusted sites and Internet Options windows.
Close and reopen the browser running Core.
